We loved location and staff - good. Incredible view of ocean. It was extraordinary, bath luxury. They offered extra kitchenette too. Was great to be near the beach. Moreover, the area was very pleasant.

Lovely view, amazing service, exceptionally comfortable beds. Queen studio is newly decorated and cosy. It's in the lovely area right by the town centre and Queenstown which is another bonus.

I appreciated everything here, it was fantastic. I slept so comfy in the great bed. Location was quiet: the shops and the main shopping centre within walking distance. Terrific service was provided. Beautifully kept hotel, my first choice in Queenstown.

The reception was friendly, I loved it. The food was great, with lots of options. Easy check-in and incredible service. You could walk to shops and the main shopping centre.

Amazing base for a trip in Queenstown! This hotel was in a downtown area. The staff was great at the property. We had a room with mountain views.

Breakfast was scrumptious, good value, hard-working staff. We liked the rooftop bar. It had PRIME location for what we needed. Decent place for exploring Queenstown.

Situated 15 mins walk from Fear Factory Queenstown and close to other tourist spots. There was parking and in-house parking onsite. The location was good for us.
